This is our entry level position. As a new member of the team your responsibilities will include supervising and playing with groups of dogs, taking dogs for relief walks, cleaning up after the dogs, and transporting dogs to and from PUPS stores.
Leads, manages, and grows the grooming department for a PUPS store. You are responsible for performing the full range of grooming services for our clients and ensuring that all services in your department are completed to their complete satisfaction. You are also responsible for supervising, training, and developing any other team members that work in the grooming department. You will therefore oversee all grooms to and make sure that they are completed in a high quality, consistent, and safe manner. You must have a minimum of five years, full-time, on-the-job grooming experience and at least three years of management experience. The ability to lift heavy dogs safely onto a table or in a tub a regular basis is a must. You must be detail oriented and have strong communication and customer service skills.
Leads, manages, and grows an individual PUPS store as an independent business unit. You will be responsible for the overall operational efficiency, cost control and revenue generation of a store. Ensure extraordinary customer service and operational excellence to all clients at the store location. Be a brand champion and represent the company in all aspects of the operation. Reach out to local community to promote the brand. Coach team to foster a working environment of exceptional leadership and open communication. Seek to work with upper management to enhance the client experience. Must have a minimum of ten years management experience.
Responsible for revenue generation and sales growth at a PUPS store. Must be able to work independently and handle all client inquiries and requests. You will work closely with the store General Manager and Member Services team as the one of the primary points of contact with clients. Help clients determine the best activity plan. Promote the brand within the community by performing outreach. Effectively communicate promotions and have the ability to cross sell or up sell PUPS products and services based on the client needs and requests. Possess great communication and customer service skills. Your performance will be judged based on customer feedback and minimum sales quotas. Must have a minimum of 5 years of sales experience preferably in consumer services.
